Theatre, on the other hand as opposed to my experience with music, was an unexpected game-changer. I had never imagined I could be a part of theatrical performances, let alone be exceptional and impactful in them. When I first came to the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, I was introduced to the art form by my seniors in the school through an art society by the name of Spandan.
Little had I known how much that would impact my personality development and personal growth in the long run. Performing in theatrical arts made me come out of my shell, project well, explain concepts well - and again also improvise on my feet. The exposure, recognition, and respect I got for working in theatre made me dive deeper into the art form for the duration of all four years of my undergraduate studies. Well, I am happy I can teach better now, now that I know and have a good experience of how to engage my audience well!
